On Tuesday, November 26, TRECA Digital Academy students visited the Cincinnati Museum Center in Cincinnati, OH.
Students learned about science, technology, history, and the arts on their visit to the museum. In the Museum of Natural History and Science, students explored Dinosaur Hall where they could view fossil collections, and explore dinosaur ecology and biology. We were even able to watch scientists as they were working on new fossils!
Students also explored the Neil Armstrong Space Gallery that consisted of a theater experience and artifacts that can only be seen in Cincinnati, including a moon rock presented to the museum by Neil Armstrong himself. Finally, students visited the Cincinnati History Museum where they could experience the history of Cincinnati, from the earliest settlers to those actively shaping the Queen City today.
This was a great trip for TRECA students. Thank you to the Cincinnati Museum Center for a great trip!
