Digital Academy students tour the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

On Wednesday, March 28, TRECA Digital Academy students rocked out at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH. Fifty students and their family members took a self-guided tour of the museum where they explored thousands of artifacts. Students learned about the roots of rock music, the colorful summer of 1967 that changed the world forever, and the protests against rock ‘n’ roll. Students also learned what goes on backstage and the hard work it takes to put on a rock concert, from production to catering and every green M&M in between. They also dived into the archives of Rolling Stone magazine and explored its catalytic effect on politics, popular culture, and artists’ careers. The Power of Rock Experience was a big hit with our students! They stepped into an adrenaline-fueled show that captures the excitement of a Rock Hall induction night!
